Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to start a return
Email info@kedia.com with your order number and reason. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.
Condition
Items must be unused, with tags/box. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged returns.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection (processing times depend on your bank/processor).
Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted when stock permits. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Return shipping

USA: customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective/incorrect.

Defects or wrong item: we cover reasonable return costs (provide receipt).
Final sale items
Gift cards, custom/engraved pieces, and discounted “final sale” items are not returnable.
