This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller for the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically from https://thekedia.com, pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Product Information
The basic characteristics, total sales price (including taxes), and delivery details of the products are stated clearly on the product pages and order summary before the payment process is completed.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payment is made securely by credit/debit card or other payment methods provided on the website.
Products are shipped from Turkey within the stated processing time after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and carrier.
Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
