This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on thekedia.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Customers must contact us before sending any item back.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required.
2. What You Must Include
The item being returned
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Return Shipping Method
All return shipments must be sent using DHL Standard.
Shipments through other carriers may be rejected or delayed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
5. Processing Time
Once the returned item arrives at our facility, we process the refund within 7 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your refund is completed.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
7. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Used, damaged, or altered items may be rejected.
